Group Pilates Classes

We offer small, group Pilates classes (maximum 10 people) with experienced instructors. Classes are deliberately kept small ensuring clients are given individual advice and hands on attention throughout the session. Mixed ability classes are designed to cater for varying levels of Pilates experience from improvers to those who are more experienced giving clients a range of options and alternatives on exercises so that they can progress at their own pace. Small equipment may often be used including; resistance bands, rollers, circles, softballs and so much more!

If you have any concerns about your health or are returning after injury then it is important you consult your Doctor first as an initial private session may be more appropriate

Beginner 6-week Pilates Course

starts Monday 6th January 9.30-10.30am - Cost £63.00
A comprehensive way to learn the Pilates method. Get to grips with all the basic principles before progressing to mixed ability classes

Beginner 3-week Pilates course

starts Saturday 25th January 11.00am-12.00pm - Cost £36.00
A comprehensive way to learn the Pilates method. Get to grips with all the basic principles before progressing to mixed ability classes

BEGINNER'S INTRODUCTORY PILATES SESSION

Saturday TBC 11.00am-12.15pm - Cost £15.00
Learn what Pilates is all about! An initial session that can get you started and fast track you into a mixed ability class or start you into a more comprehensive beginner course (for those with more injuries and health niggles).

Class Swap System

We run a courtesy ‘class swap’ system for our termly-booked classes, which means that if you are ill, kept at work, or on holiday and miss one of your classes, you can swap your class to a class on a different day or time of a similar level. You can even ‘make up’ a class in advance of you being absent!
