Laura’s yoga is a hybrid of the technicality and strength of Iyengar yoga with the fluidity and mindfulness of Scaravelli inspired Yoga. Exploring the possibility of bringing balance to mind and body through careful alignment, detailed anatomy and creative visualisations. The class is suitable for anyone who has previous movement experience and is open to the possibility of change using observation, movement, questioning and a sense of humour.

Gentle Yoga (Intelligent Movement)

Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am
Cost: £60 for 6 classes (used within 8 weeks) , £100 for 11 classes (used within 13 weeks)

Gentle  movement combined with hands on integral adjustment and fascial release; these sessions are focused on developing core strength and re-establishing efficient use of the body. Exploratory movement can help identify habitual patterns and areas of tension within the body and the application of yoga postures offer the opportunity to relax and release, helping restore you to your natural, pain free state. This approach is perfect for working with injury rehabilitation, postural and alignment issues, relief from back and joint pain, improving range of movement, strength and flexibility, relief from general tension and aches and pains and as an aid to stress reduction, anxiety and depression.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Thursdays 5.45-6.45pm
Cost: £12.00 PAYG class or 6 classes for £60 (10 week expiry)

Vinyasa is a dynamic flowing style of yoga that synchronises breath to movement. This class is where static postures are combined with dynamic transitions in creative sequences that focus on building heat, balance, strength and flexibility.
The class will vary from week to week but will always be created with the aim to leave you feeling energised, calm and moving more freely. This fluid yet accessible class is suitable for all levels, as modifications will always be offered.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Saturdays 9.30-10.30am 
Cost: £12.00 PAYG class or 6 classes for £60 (10 week expiry)

A class focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breath synchronised movement. This Hatha Flow class integrates all the aspects of a traditional Yoga class including breath awareness, classical poses, sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing this class will leave you feeling energised, calm and somewhat taller.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Sundays 10.00-11.00am
