Laura’s yoga is a hybrid of the technicality and strength of Iyengar yoga with the fluidity and mindfulness of Scaravelli inspired Yoga. Exploring the possibility of bringing balance to mind and body through careful alignment, detailed anatomy and creative visualisations. The class is suitable for anyone who has previous movement experience and is open to the possibility of change using observation, movement, questioning and a sense of humour.

Combat Lower Back Pain & Emotional Stress with Qigong
Do you do lots of sitting during your day at your desk, in the car, etc. and end up having lower back pain?
Do you feel overwhelmed with life in general and the emotional stress causes you muscle pain, as it builds up in your lower back?
Qigong is an effective form of energy self-healing. In a sense it is similar to Tai Chi and Yoga with easy to do, flowing movements, breath-work, intentions and relaxed posture. It is suitable for all ages.
These classes are built on cleansing exercises to release toxins and emotions out of the organs, and stretching the body through movement to open the lower back area up, leaving you feeling peaceful, relaxed, focused and your pain gradually disappearing.
Gentle Yoga (Intelligent Movement)

Gentle movement combined with hands on integral adjustment and fascial release; these sessions are focused on developing core strength and re-establishing efficient use of the body. Exploratory movement can help identify habitual patterns and areas of tension within the body and the application of yoga postures offer the opportunity to relax and release, helping restore you to your natural, pain free state. This approach is perfect for working with injury rehabilitation, postural and alignment issues, relief from back and joint pain, improving range of movement, strength and flexibility, relief from general tension and aches and pains and as an aid to stress reduction, anxiety and depression.

Relax, rejuvenate and re-energise your body and mind as you gently stretch your muscles with the support of blocks and bolsters for up to 5 minutes each pose. Within this time we have the luxury of discovering internal sensations through meditation while balancing our energy within (along meridian lines). This can create a more harmonious and healthy mind, body and soul which we can apply to our everyday lives.
A really beautiful practice which is fully accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
Hatha Flow Yoga

A class focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breath synchronised movement. This Hatha Flow class integrates all the aspects of a traditional Yoga class including breath awareness, classical poses, sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing this class will leave you feeling energised, calm and somewhat taller.
