Laura has been practicing both Pilates and yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the last 18.
Laura trained with the Pilates Foundation. Laura’s yoga is a hybrid of the technicality and strength of Iyengar yoga with the fluidity and mindfulness of Scaravelli inspired Yoga. Both Laura’s Pilates and Yoga benefit from additional training in advanced anatomy and movement with Gary Carter and continuing to upskill with Scaravelli inspired teacher Catherine Annis.
